Wilmington, Delaware, 1958 October 1-4. "The Playhouse Theatre presents Judith Anderson in 'Comes A Day'" signed by the entire cast on the cast page: "Judith Anderson," "Michael J. Pollard," "George C. Scott," "Brandon de Wilde," "Arthur O'Connell," "Larry Hagman," "Diana van der Vlis," "Ruth Hammond," "Charles White," "Eileen Ryan" and "John Dutra." Signing on the staff page are: Producer "Alan Pakula," Production Stage Manager "Joseph Papp," Production Secretary "Jane Lee," and Master of Properties "John Montell." Also signed on this page by "Lorna Thayer" who played the part of "Mrs. McCarthy" but is not listed on the cast page. ANDERSON, nominated for Best Supporting Actress Oscar for Rebecca (1940), was named "Dame Commander of the British Empire" by Queen Elizabeth II in 1960. POLLARD received an Oscar nomination for his role as goofy C.W. Moss in 1967's Bonnie and Clyde. SCOTT did not accept his Oscar as 1970 Best Actor for the title role in Patton. DeWILDE, nominated for Best Supporting Actor Oscar as the child star of Shane at the age of 10, died as a result of injuries suffered in a traffic accident in 1972 at the age of 30. O'CONNELL received Best Supporting Actor Oscar nominations for Picnic (1955) and Anatomy of a Murder (1959). HAGMAN is best remembered for his television roles as astronaut Tony Nelson on I Dream of Jeannie (1965-1970) and as J.R. Ewing on Dallas (1978-1991).
